Message: I have lived there over 5 years, right as the license to steal by Landlords game began (2017-2018) I have known owner Dave, since the days of being a toddler back in late 70s & early 80s. It's the best place in Reno to live by far! As every scandalous & sketchy landlord raised their rents from 600 to 1200 or 500 to 1500.. not the owner & manger of the Kay Martin! Miss A is the manager & has been for over 15 years! She loved on & looked after Miss "Kay" up until her passing & about 8 to 10 years ago! So blessed & thankful for no rent hike(they could be charging us 400 or 500$ more per month! Responding to the folks below 1) yes it's a motel & turned permanents! 2) no there is no booking or rooms available for the night or week or month, as the second an opening arrives, it's filled within a day & by one of the 50 or 100 or who knows where Miss A's count or list is! 3) the person that complained about "no respect of not being contacted back?" Few, if anyone is ever gonna be contacted back, it's her way of saying "no openings & really never will be! MPP. A Native Nevadan. Born in Reno. Raised in Reno. P. S. not Cali.

Message: Budget long term rentals, great deal for the area, much cleaner than other places.

Message: Kay Martin has the best pricing in town for extended stays for the quality you receive. Other places might be less expensive but it will (most likely) be in a dingy part of town with shady characters in and out. At Kay Martin, the rooms and bathrooms are large and spacious. I think my only complaint would be that the room we were in didn't have a microwave! We had to run over to Target and buy a li+tle cheap one to save some money by not eating out every meal.
